Model 5008MGA is the latest addition to Makita's family of magnesium circular saws. The magnesium components create a lightweight saw (10.6 lbs.) that is jobsite tough. This 8-1/4 In. saw has the largest capacity in its class (3 In.). Model 5008MGA is designed for operator convenience and includes features such as two built-in L.E.D. lights to illuminate the line of cut, rubberized grips for better control, a blade wrench that is attached to the saw, an electric brake for maximum productivity. A premium 24T blade for a fast, smooth and clean cut.
